Die Marina bietet inzwischen anderen, zwei Zonen für Landhaltestelle, für Privat Mittags- und Abendessen mit ein Barbecue zu Verfügung der wählerisches Gäste. Ganzes Gebiet ist mit frei WLAN und Videoüberwachung bedeckt. Tiere sind willkommen und haben keine Beschränkungen, nur gut Benehmen. Die zwei Landzonen sind mit kalte und wärme Getränke- und Snacksautomaten gedient.
Der Garten hat Sonnenliegebetten für die Gäste die am Hafen bleiben möchten. Zwischen die wichtigsten Leistungen gibt es der innere Parkplatz (frei zu Verfügung bis Erschöpfung der Plätze) und der äußere Parkplatz, Private Parkplätze die die Gäste bitten und reservieren in unsere Büro können.
